Perfect Pooch Package

10 - 16 weeks

Your puppy will come stay with me for 1-2 weeks and start a solid foundation of potty schedule, and learning how to be apart of your new family through behavior modification.

4 - 6 months

Your puppy will come back for a board and train of 2-3 weeks where they will learn all the obedience commands and proper house manners.

9 months - 1 year

Your dog will come back for another 2-3 weeks to really solidify what they learned as well as adding a few more commands to make your dog the best they can be, at this time we will introduce the E-collar so that you can have leashless control.

Pleasant Puppy Package

Your puppy will come for a board and train of 2-3 weeks where they will learn all the obedience commands and proper house manners.

9months - 1 year

Board and Train (Not Bored and Strain)

One year and older

Your dog will come stay with me for 2-3 weeks to learn basic and advance commands, making you love your pup again! At this time we will introduce the E-collar so that you can have leashless control.

I come to you in the comfort of your own home! Your fresh little family learns a potty/lifestyle schedule TOGETHER!

Four months and over

Once your puppy turns 4 months old, we start learning obedience!

Includes 10 lessons from start to finish at two week intervals.

We provide a comfortable and low-stress environment so your dog can have a vacation while you're on vacation!

Mem has extensive dog knowledge, with this she is able to watch anything from little puppies to difficult dogs that have previously been expelled/kicked out of boarding or daycare. As well from previously being a vet tech she is comfortable giving medication. She makes sure that everyone gets ample one-on-one time as well as time with other dogs if applicable. Our dogs are kept in my home so they are comfortable and I am here at night, on weekends and on holidays.

Walks, Hikes, and Daily Activities.

Like Doggy Day Care but better! Keep your dog busy while you're at work.

Most traditional doggy daycares are not based on dog psychology, many naughty behaviors are allowed and your dog can come home with those learned naughty behaviors. At It's a Hounds Life we offer walks and hikes that practice obedience as well so that both the body and the mind get exercise.

Daily Activities can include going to a pet-friendly store, etc. Think like a doggy field trip!

Our house-sitting services are a great option for families with multiple species in their homes. Mem has experience taking care of dogs, cats, horses, cows, sheep, goats, llamas, reptiles, small mammals, and birds.

Are you going on vacation and don’t have a dog, but still want the best care? Then my check ins are a great option. Our check ins are great for feeding kitties, brining in the mail, scooping the litter, etc.
